ELTP Graduate Track – For exceptional graduates (minimum of Second-Class Upper) ready to make bold moves and shape the future of banking.

ELTP Retail Track – For relationship-driven professionals passionate about customer experience and branch excellence (minimum of Second-Class Lower).

ELTP Tech Track – For innovative minds and problem-solvers eager to drive digital transformation (minimum of Second-Class Lower).

Must have completed NYSC

Must reside in or be eligible to work in Nigeria

Access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection

Only one application track allowed per candidate
