Heirs Insurance Group is currently recruiting an Insurance Financial Advisor (Sales) to join its team in Lagos. The Group operates across Heirs General, Heirs Life, and Heirs Insurance Brokers, delivering insurance solutions that go beyond the basics and address diverse financial needs.

Role overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos, focused on helping clients make informed financial decisions through insurance, investment, and retirement planning. The role involves building long-term client relationships while staying aligned with market trends and regulatory requirements.


Key responsibilities include:

Assessing clients’ financial needs and goals

Providing financial and retirement planning advice

Recommending suitable insurance and investment products

Managing and nurturing long-term client relationships

Staying up to date with financial market trends and regulations


What they’re looking for:

Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, and investments

Proficiency in financial and retirement planning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze and interpret financial data

Relevant insurance or finance certifications (an advantage)

Proven experience in sales and client relationship management

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
