📌 What the role involves:
• Managing assigned corporate client accounts and acting as the primary relationship lead
• Building strong relationships with client decision-makers across multiple levels
• Executing renewal strategies and ensuring timely market reviews
• Advising clients on benefit design, coverage, pricing, and risk management solutions
• Delivering day-to-day servicing to support retention and account growth
• Supporting wellness propositions, claims reviews, inductions, and value-added services
• Identifying cross-selling and new business opportunities
• Ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and effective cash collection processes
