An organization is currently seeking a Finance Manager to lead its financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance to support effective decision-making.

📍 Role Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with organizational goals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor financial performance and advise on risks and corrective actions
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Oversee cash flow planning and treasury operations
• Manage banking relationships and financial assets
• Strengthen internal controls and financial policies
• Support audit processes and implementation of recommendations
• Supervise and mentor finance team members

🎓 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant qualification
• Minimum of 7 years experience in finance, audit, or accounting (financial sector preferred)
