We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jolaolu F. as the substantive Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of emPLE Life Assurance Limited, effective April 1, 2026.

Jolaolu brings a wealth of experience across the insurance and consulting landscape, with expertise spanning life, health, general insurance, and risk management. A chartered insurer, fully-qualified actuary, and professional risk manager, he is also the current President of the Nigerian Actuarial Society.

Over the years, he has led diverse teams including actuarial services, product development, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, marketing, customer experience, technology and data analytics, with experience cutting across Life, General, Reinsurance, and Health businesses across East and West Africa. Prior to this appointment, he served as Executive Director (Technical) and Acting Managing Director of emPLE Life Assurance Limited.
