Applications are now open for the 2026 Graduate Programme at Shell Nigeria, offering a structured pathway for young professionals to develop into future leaders within the energy sector.

This 3-year development programme is designed to equip graduates with the skills, experience, and exposure needed to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry. Participants will work on real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to solving complex energy challenges from day one.

1. Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil, Production)

2. Geoscience

3. Commercial

Programme Overview:
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset. The programme emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Participants will:

1. Work on meaningful, real-world projects

2. Collaborate with diverse, high-performing teams

3. Contribute ideas and innovative solutions

4. Build strong professional and leadership capabilities

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed before the start date

2. Less than three (3) years of work experience

3. Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. NYSC Certificate or Exemption must be included in CV
