Job Title: Sales Executives
Budgeted Salary: Naira 300,000 – 400,000 gross per month
Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria (On-Site)

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

Qualifications
BSc: Marketing, Business Admin, or any relevant field
2-5 years' quota quota-carrying sales experience
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role In a Finance company, ICT or Insurance ETC
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
