**Role Overview**
As a Client Experience Representative, you’ll support clients by providing expert guidance on software solutions, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in home health, home care, or hospice, who are passionate about improving patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide consultative support to clients, addressing questions and resolving issues via phone and support tickets.
- Deliver quality assistance aligned with company values, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Quickly respond to and resolve client concerns, escalating and following up as needed.
- Stay updated through ongoing training on industry trends and company products.
- Manage client communications, database records, and status reports with professionalism.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., LVN, PTA, COTA, MSW, Intake, Scheduling, Administration) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
