Key Responsibilities
✅ Compile a comprehensive list of clients with policies due for renewal.
✅ Prepare detailed client portfolio reports, including outstanding claims, claims experience, and policy terms.
✅ Provide timely premium advice and proactive renewal reminders before policy anniversary dates.
✅ Issue invoices to clients and ensure prompt premium payment follow-ups.
✅ Acknowledge premium receipts and coordinate with insurers for policy documentation.
✅ Guarantee the delivery of insurance documents to clients within 72 hours of premium confirmation.
✅ Organize documentation for the AIP and post-placement processes.

Qualifications & Skills
🎓 BSc/HND in Insurance or a related field.
📜 Professional membership (e.g., ACII certification) is an added advantage.
📊 Minimum of 2 years experience handling complex risk underwriting.
💻 Proficiency in Office365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
🧩 Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
🤝 Outstanding interpersonal skills with adaptability and a customer-centric approach.
