Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute maintenance strategies for diesel engines and rolling stock
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
Drive innovation through technology, data analytics, and process improvement
Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with external stakeholders to stay current with industry trends

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred
Professional certifications such as CMRP
10–15 years of experience in maintenance and engineering leadership roles (preferably in rail or transport)
Proven success in driving strategy, efficiency, and cost reduction
Strong leadership and management capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
