Insure Africa announces that 21Search is recruiting two Mechanical Engineers for a reputable FMCG company in Ogun State. The ideal candidates will lead plant-wide mechanical maintenance, drive reliability on Krones Machines, and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide mechanical support across the plant to reduce machine downtime.
Analyze production mechanical data for performance insights.
Conduct corrective maintenance and share troubleshooting knowledge.
Oversee repairs and machine modifications.
Review performance of technicians and offer guidance.
Train operators and technicians on basic equipment repair.
Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with external repair partners when needed.
Document and assess breakdown incidents to minimize future issues.
Develop maintenance policies and performance improvement strategies

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Registered with COREN and a member of NSE.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in a structured FMCG bottling company.
Proficiency in Krones Machines is essential.
English fluency required; applicants from West Africa are welcome.
